Do you need an App to filter your interruptions for you?

The App will measure how active your prefrontal cortex is and actively filter out your notifications, until your brain is less involved in higher order thinking. Whilst I see the appeal of a machine managing all of this distraction for me, I do feel a little disturbed by the notion that I don’t have enough discipline or courage to turn the notifications off, before I start to focus on a task that is important to me.  Or of course you can wait for the researchers….
