Saturday 15 October Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation
Modern life is fast paced and full of distractions. There is stress and uncertainty, change, loss and disappointments. There are also blessings in our life that often go unnoticed. With Mindfulness meditation, we are choosing to be more fully present, with patience and perseverance. Bringing non-judgemental attention to our body, emotions and thoughts, we create a space for Healing and Stillness. This workshop will give you all the tools and understanding that you need to create a simple, yet profound meditation practice that will change your relationship with yourself, your life, others and the world.
Sunday 16 October Eat Well, Live Well
The food we eat has a profound effect not only on our physical body, also on our state of mind and our emotions. During this workshop, we will explore the health and healing benefits of plant-based wholefoods with science-based nutritional information and practical tips and demonstrations. Each workshop will be from 9:30am – 3:30pm
